These teams will serve the purpose of advancing His kingdom by serving the body, the community and the world. These teams will include many of the ministry teams that currently exist. 

     1 Peter 4:10 reads, “Each one should use whatever gift He has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.”  There are references made about ministries throughout the Bible. Luke 3:23 identifies that Jesus Himself started His ministry at the age of 30. Acts 6:1-3 “In those days when the number of disciples was increasing, the Grecian Jews among them complained against the Hebraic Jews because their widows were being overlooked in the daily distribution of food. So the Twelve gathered all the disciples together and said, "It would not be right for us to neglect the ministry of the word of God in order to wait on tables. Brothers, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them.” John 20:21  “Again Jesus said, ‘Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.’"
