The church is planning a short term mission trip to Collydean Baptist Church in Fife, Scotland (northeast of Edinburgh) from June 27 - July 3, 2010.  The purpose of this trip would be to help the people in the church establish some kind of ongoing discipleship program for their youth and help them make some repairs in their building. 

     About 12 of our church members are making plans to go on the trip which will cost approximately $1200 (airfare and a few incidentals).  Trip participants will be staying in church member’s homes. 

     How can you help?  First, you can pray for those who will be going on the trip.  Pray that they will have good health, a servant’s heart, and boldness to share the gospel.  Second,  pray for the people of Collydean, who are open to the Word.  Third, you can make contributions to this trip by using one of the envelopes on the back of the chairs in the Worship Center and designate it to “Scotland Mission Trip.”
